In my work related activities I go to corporate events on a regular basis.
One thing that is basically a given these days is AV (audio visual presentations).
These add a powerful dimension to any corporation or large business (and smaller companies can also benefit too).
I have also seen DIY events come off as quite uninspiring - you know the kind with a poorly placed projector and computer set up hastily a couple of minutes before kick - off.
Flat battery in the remote, audio running through one speaker which is underpowered for the room or they forgot to bring an extension power lead...
Disaster.
It goes without saying a good AV hire company can work wonders and prevent embarrassing hiccups.
Take some time to plan this side of your event well and it will go a long way to ensuring your meetings, balls, seminars etc are going to work for you.
